6th June 2006 - Buhrs to start up Buhrs UK Ltd., with John Ricketts as Managing Director

Buhrs has reached agreement with Buhrs’ distributor in the United Kingdom, Computermail Ltd. of Basingstoke, to take over from Computermail the distribution and service of Buhrs’ products in the United Kingdom. For this purpose Buhrs has established Buhrs UK Ltd., based in Basingstoke. Computermail Ltd. will continue their sales and service activities for Buhrs until 6th June 2006 and thereafter transfer these activities to Buhrs UK Ltd. The employees of Computermail will join Buhrs UK Ltd.

It is with much pleasure that Buhrs announces that John Ricketts will be the Managing Director of Buhrs UK Ltd. as of 6th June 2006. Mr. Ricketts at present fulfils the position of Sales Director Production Printing Systems with Océ (UK) Ltd.

Thanks to Computermail, the UK market for Buhrs systems has successfully been developed. Buhrs has high expectations of the future potential for Buhrs systems on the UK market and has increased their commitment to the UK market further by the establishment of Buhrs UK Ltd. and the appointment of John Ricketts as managing director.
